For producing small compression springs at high speed, for example: helical, conical, hourglass, barrel type springs.
Two pairs of feed rollers, which makes feed pressure steady and beneficial for coiling of small index(=2), such as rea-view mirror cable.
Both soft wire, like resistance wire, and hard wire, like CrSi alloy wire, can be coiled
Three-axis are servo controlled, spring outside diameter, pitch and length can be changed simply by modifying program. It is especially suitable for set up complicated compression springs and greatly shortens set up time.
Tool treatment technology is available for customer's choice, the production speed can be increased by 30~50% and tool life can be increased as well.
Complete peripheral equipment, such as stereomicroscope, spring holder and CCD profile magnifier.
