For producing compression springs at high speed, for example: helical, conical, hourglass, barrel type springs.
With three pairs of feed rollers, which makes feed pressure steady and beneficial to coil springs of small index, soft wire or very hard wire.
Wide wire range, both round and flat wire can be coiled.
Three-axes are servo controlled, spring outside diameter, pitch and length can be changed simply by modifying program. It is especially suitable for set up of complicated compression springs and greatly shortens set up time.
Tool treatment technology allows the production speed to be increased by 30~50% and tool life can be increased as well.
Complete peripheral equipment available, such as stereomicroscope, spring holder and CCD profile magnifier.
