The shot peening machine blasts steel beads against the spring which has the effect
of hardening the metal surface and increasing tensility.

* All areas of the spring are uniformly treated as result of the linear rotation feed system. * The screw-type feed system eliminates the need to stop springs for treatment. * The focused steel bead blasting system increases efficiency by reducing the number of non-contact beads and keeping bead wear to a minimum. * Two sets of reverse rotation impellers make sure that the shot beads contact the inner surfaces of the spring. * Bead throw force can be individually adjusted for each impeller. Applying a weaker throw force after a stronger one will apply additional residual stress.
