Torsion Forming Machines

These are vertical type torsion spring formers that use CNC control.  They also use precision AC servo motors for spindle, pitch, wire feed, and cam drive in order to produce complex spring configurations.  These machines are best for producing spring products made from nickel chrome wire coils, luminous tungsten coils, or copper wire circuit breaker coils.
